The standard warranty is usually 10 years on the compressor and 5 years for parts. Systems that have a higher efficiency will usually extend the parts warranty to 10 years. Check with us to see what system makes the most amount of sense for your home or business.

KSF sponges: Remove or reduce chlorine and heavy metals including mercury and lead.

Coconut Shell Carbon: removes or reduces chlorine, pesticides, herbicides, cleaning by-products and tri halo methane.

Standard water heaters should be drained once a year and anode rods should be replaced every 2-4 years to prevent hard water from attacking the metal supporting the tank. Tankless water heaters should have a chemical wash once a every year.

Filters should generally be replaced every month. A dirty air filter is not only filthy but will also restrict air flow and can have damaging affects on the system.

Once all parts are ordered and delivery is scheduled, most installations will be completed the same day.

An increase in water bill could be a sign that your water system has a leak. Definitely have us come out to verify and provide you with a solution.

HVAC equipment has multiple things to help with air purification. There are UV lights that attack dust molecules and prevent growth from happening within system, some special filters are made to grab particles out of the air. You can also have your coils cleaned to rid your system of build up.

If you have a bigger family, larger home or people who enjoy long showers without having to worry about water getting cold, we recommend having a NAVIEN tankless water heater installed. In some cases we can increase the water heater size or add an additional tank.

In most cases the city water is way to high and can cause many issues in your home. Too high of water can cause pre-mature leaks, blown out supply lines and appliance failure. A PRV pressure reducing valve should be installed.

As soon as you have established there is an ongoing issue with your system. You should immediately have a tech come out and look over the system. Failing to have it looked at can cause other important pieces of the system to fail. Call us to come have a look.
